We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Maintenance Technician (night shift) for its manufacturing operations located in Cullman, Alabama.

Job duties include:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment.
• Work with various equipment types, including pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, programmable logic, and computer-controlled systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is production-ready.
• Communicate critical information to team members and management.
• Participate in projects aimed at improvements or production growth.
• Respond promptly to trouble calls to minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes of failures to prevent repeat issues.
• Perform equipment calibration as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Required skills:

• Experienced in diagnoses and repair of pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, programmable logic and computer-controlled systems.
• Be able to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical blueprints including pneumatic schematics.
• Mechanical and electrical skills

 Education and/or Experience Required:

• Associate degree in an Industrial Maintenance (mechanical/electrical) related field
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to read and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to analyze problems involving production and notify proper people
