We are seeking an ambitious, experienced College Intern- Quality in our manufacturing operations located in Cullman, Alabama.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist with the yearly requalification product testing utilizing various laboratory test equipment.
• Generate test matrix for yearly requalification testing.
• Review internal control plans for compliance with test requirements. 
• Assist with document preparation for ISO 17025 certified test requirements.
• Assist with PPAP testing for new products and processes.
• Carry out product audits.
• Carry out product gauging.
• Analyze test data and measurement results.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, verbal, and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for daily task completion
• Ability to multitask and work in a team
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Actively pursuing a degree in Quality, Manufacturing or related field
• Must be able to pass a drug test and physical.
